Yeah the guy with 30 years experience off road and a lot of it at this site
Other than feeling like I've been in a fight and what appears to be a second knee cap on my left leg we are both fine

Pride damaged more than anything else

Didn't get chance to thank you properly for the recovery so A BIG THANKS FROM JEMJ for the help. I've been the butt of a lot of jokes at work today especially as I lost the works phone and couldn't organise night call outs last night.

Jemj, any time mate, least I could do, seeing you upside down in water I was expecting a lot worse. Never winched anyone who was upside down before. I hope you managed to get the mud out of your ear, you looked a right state

Thinking about losing phone etc, I have a dry rucksack, that I bought to keep my camera, phone, money, etc dry whilst sailing, might be an idea to keep my valuables in that whilst playing. It's waterproof to 5 metres, if it's that deep I'm seriously in trouble.
