Roof security

Hey Guys

I purchased my first land rover freelander the weekend, and i love it.....

Just 1 question though, does anyone have any suggestions on how to secure the roof when taken off, i struggle with access to my garden so when roof comes off i ideally want to leave it outside my house, but im a little concerned it will get pinched. does anyone have any suggestions on any security devices or any kind of lock that avalible??

The roof is ideally a two person job to remove and refit. If you can't get it to the rear of your house, will it go through the front door? I had mine off the other day and from memory there are no areas of it that you can slide a chain through to padlock it to something.

You can always tie it to the floor via one of these chain nettings I think

After buying something like that and the bits and agro to make secure anchoring points - it would be cheaper/easier just to keep a write-off Freelander body in the garden and put it on that!
