Anyhoo, wiff a bang like that, in 6 months time you might get more troubles wiff CV joints, bearings, diff probs etc. I know someone who was T-boned, most of force was taken on the front wheel, his rock sliders took the rest and did most of the damage to the offending vehicle ;) months after it had all been sorted out, things started going badly wrong (wheel bearings, CV joint...) and insurance company failed to pay out - he worked for Lloyds register then, after a few phone calls they replaced the whole of his front drive train ;)

right... i dropped the track rod off. its pretty much straight with a discrepancy of approx 2mm. is it worth changing? i dont think so, but what do i know. next up is the steering box replacement :(

As no-one else wuz involved, yer lucky. Jest remember that in 6 months time if summat breaks it's due to the "incident". Change vehicule or open wallet ;)
