Rivnuts for S3 front light guards.

Hello again,

I had some advise about fixing my front lightguards to my S3 before (Thanks, you were right about rivnuts!). The wings have been drilled and lightguards were fitted a long time ago. Consequently the holes in the wing have oxidised a bit and over the years and are inconsistent in size. I tried self tapping screws but can't find any wide enough (6mm seems to be widest I can find in shops and they are a bit loose)

Where the hell can I find rivnuts that will do the job? I ask in the likes of B&Q, Homebase etc and they look at you like you're an alien.

Some on eBay seem very wide and I don't really want to drill the wings any or much more in case I cock it up. The current hole sizes are about 7-8mm wide.

have you tried searching Rivet Nuts and Threaded Inserts, avk nuts, ribbed L rivets nuts, ribbed K rivet nuts, half hex rivet nut, flat head rivet nuts by Jay-cee Sales & Rivet inc.
