The only legal way (if a refund is not forthcoming) is to take him to small claims - of course he probably won't pay in which case you'll need a high court writ followed by enforcement by which time "Excell Trade Limited" will be wound up.

Surprised that he hasn't been disqualified from directorship yet. Looking at CH, he is no longer a director at Excell and Just 4. Just 4 Cars Limited is his new start up!

I'm not sure how anyone can take money out with an account number and sort code.

I'd be more concerned about him having my address.
 
Yes I paid into a business account ‘just 4 ltd’
The legal process is already being taken care of by my Solicitor’s so they’ll end up with costs attached.

Here’s the listings again live on Ebay, please click in the link and report the listing, this way the more people that click, Ebay would probably shut his listings down else there would be more and more victims. And some Don’t even know about this forum, I was lucky when I googled I came across it.

Interestingly non of the listings accepts PayPal, only a mobile phone number and a business address that is invalid. When I visited the address in their Ebay account there was no sign of them and neighbours told me they been known for scam.
 
They had some unit on an industrial estate in Gloucester i think.
I had, at one point, Edwards home address.... I probably dont any more, however, if i found it, im sure you could also.

Once i got my money back, i rested in the knowledge that, at some point, someone will go round with a nail gun. Its only a matter of time.
 
Thier due in court soon, for breaking stolen vehicles,

Have sold an item to them, never got paid for it, manager went to go see them after weeks of calls, got surrounded by a forklift and gypos
 
Just an update refund hasn’t still come through ( was only lied) I rang up to follow up and Michael Fear answered and said ‘you c**t, that I been ringing his phone over 50 times that he is not going to make any refund’
Already making arrangements to hunt this guy, wouldn’t say the next steps on here, that would happen if he is found. I’ll keep you posted.

Emails like this were talked about on money box recently. Peeps hacking yer email account and having access to what you have bought/sent and producing fake emails to get peeps to pay. It may not be this. May not be email hacked or could be something their end. It could be them seeing if they can get more money out of you.

Please be careful what yer post on the forum. Comments about going to see him and hints of what could happen. It won't happen, trust me. He's been at it long enough to physical see you off like all the others. Yer need to stay within the law.

Hinting you're going to pop round and do something is bs. Doing so on ere won't impress. It's not as if he plays fair or operates within the law.
