right nuts? on swivels..

Just bought some One-shot, went to to put it in.. Had a good look at Busters step By step.. pretty easy i would of imagined..
Okay my nuts arnt in the same place! *wink wink* ;) ;)

After Scrape-ing tons of **** and mud off the whole area i found some nuts, but cant match em to busters, probs got different axle or somet, but can anyone tell me if the ones im pointing to are the Filler on-top, and the Drain underneath??
These are taken looking from the front.

and to make things worse, there stuck fast, well and truly!!!!

Look the same as mine - you may need an impact driver / wrench to undo them.

Make sure that you have covered them in wd or similar before you attempt undoing them.
 
The bottom will undo easily enough 11mm spanner, top one give its a couple of smart taps with a a hammer first then a 13mm spanner.
Looks well rusty when was the last time anyone was there?
Dont remove the drain one until you have got the top one out.

Once you have loosened them, you will probably find that all the **** and crap is only on the surface, and that the threas rae clean.

The square plug is a taper ... at least it is on mine! ... and should come out fairly easily, as should the drain plug.

When you are refilling with your one-shot, remember to turn the wheel so that you are not trying to squirt it in against the inner swivel mount coz it just squirts back out again!!
