Seems like several of us have pregnant wives. :)

My next child (cost centre 2) is due on November 22nd and our first is 13 months old.

The "other" car in my household is a BMW 330i Touring, which is actually proving to be one of the best cars I've ever had. Once the Range Rover has earnt my trust it can share long distance duty with the Beemer but it hasn't got there yet!

Getting a bit off topic but we've recently got a Beemer too (320 Coupe 2.2) as main car now, after a disasterous spell with a 06 Vauhall Vectra. Beemer is actually same age as RR but a great machine and cost peanuts. So I've ended up with a BMW engined machine without having to sacrifice the V8 and go deisel :p :D (cue Data... :lalala:)

Good luck with rugrat 2! Just another 20 year or so to go before you get some peace (...maybe!) ;)

Guys, I am not "complain" about (un)reliability of the P38A.

I will explain better my statement against LR:

Like someone already post, LR in 2004/5 admit and fix the problem with the new RF receiver (post production).
I read somewhere, by EC laws, the manufacturers are "forced" to have spare parts of a model until 10 years of the end of his production...
Does it "ring the bells" to anyone?

1) So, or the "new" RF receiver stock is in the end... and "finito" :(
2) or, since the "need" of the new RF receiver goes up (wi-fi; CCTV etc), let´s make money.

(remember LR "assume" the issue), that should be "affordable"/ symbolic, to the owners.... 270£ and only available in LR dealers

I think LR go with the part 2), and it´s why I get :censored:.
