Restoring a classic question

Good evening all,

Whilst on my journey of restoring my classic I can’t remember where a spacer type washer goes (pls see photo). I think it’s part of the front wing as all I’ve taken off is both wings etc. I’ll add a few photos.

Washers.
You will find that they fit behind the bonnet hinges, spacer washers.
