After using my p38 diesel all summer with no problems and the colder weather coming on I noticed that on the drivers side no warm air was coming through from the heater, the passenger side was fine, blowing nice and hot. I bought a set of blend motors (three) from Emmotts and a couple of 'O' rings off ebay and set about the job. I removed the old blend motors and thought it best to replace the O rings when I had access to them and then I fitted the 'new' blend motors and put everything back together and thankfully everything is now working fine and the heater is blowing hot. Thanks to this website I was able to tackle it as it is a really fiddly job to do and would have cost a packet if the main dealers had done it.
