P38A Remove the trim from the windscreen - water over the windscreen

Hello everyone, I've tried a few things but the trim won't come off. I don't want to use force.

Are there any screws behind the seal?
I lifted (1) with my hand and tried to lever out (2) more, but it didn't work.

Water is getting into the interior at approximately position 3. My headliner is not currently installed, so I can see it perfectly. Water is getting into the interior on both sides (at approximately the same position, which is strange). Thank you!

That will be the rivnuts for the screws holding the lower scuttle (unless water is running visibly down the glass), the foam seals disappear and in comes the water. I had the same leak for years and tried everything and stumbled across what appeared to be a minor issue, I haven't had a leak in 7 or 8 years now.
The upper trim has no screws but has slide clips, you have to use a thin piece of plastic like an old credit card and slide the clip, I can't remember which way but I know it can be a bitch to slide. Look on the LRCat file to see the actual parts
Looking at your picture I would imagine you will need to lift the roof rail trims and seal the joints, also a known leak spot

Open both front doors, 4 screws sorta hidden behind the rubber seal, remove them and rest the trims on the door. Using a thin bladed paint scraper, from the top, slide it under the trim and move the plastic clips to the passenger side(rhd car). That releases the trim. Open the roof rack slots on the roof rails, tailgate open, and pull them straight up to release. Clean all the mud and algae up and seal the area along the top of the screen and around 6" of the roof rail area. You will see how the top trim clips work when you get it off. Be careful, it's alloy and will bend easily, replacement clips are , I believe, not available new. It doesn't seal anything so you could stick it back on with something else.
Use steps to access the roof as it's a bit of a stretch.

The water comes in here. It doesn't run down the window but drips onto the floormat.
The same thing happens on the other side.

I was able to get everything done today.

I was able to identify the water leak immediately. I sealed everything with Sika. I'll let it dry until tomorrow.
