Sorry, don't know where to post this, I'm new.
Need advise. Green flag towed my Discovery TD5 auto about 2 miles last night. Will this have done any damage? Engine running and in Neutral.

It would be most unlikely that any damage has been done, as the engine was running which means the autobox oil pump was working.

When you say the car was in neutral, do you mean the autobox lever was in N, or do you mean the transfer box lever was in neutral, or both???

All Discovery II's have a transfer box hi-lo lever.

No unfortunately it was just the auto box in neutral the transfer box was still in high.
The reason for the tow was £20 of un wanted Petrol! So I put £102 of Diesel on top it seams
to have done the trick. I just hope I have not done any damage. Think I should change the filter though, any suggestions?

Define what you mean by 'tow'

Did they straight bar it, a frame it, tow it on a RDT (dolly that folds out the back of the van), suspend tow it (lift the front or rear wheels), or put it on the back of a flat bed?

what speed did they travel at?

It's always worth changing the fuel filter just to be sure.
