recon clutch problem

i did a friends p38 clutch today in the garden on me back he got a recon friction plate an used old pressure an bearing i had a few roll pins left from doing my own so put two new in an a new slave cylinder but the slave keeps popin an leaking the fulid i had a pedal for a few pumps but then poped i told him to replace the cluth with all new but its pricey a wk before xmas :doh: tanks an advice to a cheap fix

clutch fork uses spiral pins not roll pins

roll pins / spiral pins replaced i bought a couple when i got mine just to have there

Is the recon spinner plate to thick?

wouldnt like to be doing a clutch in a p38 on my back . i fitted new pins from main dealer last year and they lasted 3 weeks so i put i new pins and put a very small spot of weld and no more problems

it looks prety meaty but does nt look to much tho would the pressure plate me shot the fins gave scoreing at the centre to me they look to flat now that me going on other clutches iv done never had as much trouble with a clutch / not to bad on me back just the cold that gets me
