Recommendation of a mechanic in England

Hello everyone

I'm looking for a semi-professional mechanic (so just someone who doesn't have an overpriced workshop) somewhere between London and Liverpool. Someone who has a reasonable hourly rate and who likes to order spare parts from LRParts and does not try to sell original parts.

I need to do the following work on my Defender:
Replacement of all oils of engine and transmission
Replace all four wheel bearings
Replace all four brakes
Replacing the windshield

Does anyone know who carries out such work? Can you recommend someone somewhere all over England? Geographically I am very flexible, as de Defender is currently shipped from Australia and then we travel through England during August.

Year of car will help, and when you state replace brakes, do you mean pads/shoes or calipers as well?
 
Thank your for your input, indeed important information:
Its a Defender 110 from 2004.
And for the brakes its only the pads and the discs that needs to be replaced.
 
Yeah actually its easy stuff, however we are currently travelling with the Defender around the world. And as we’re far from home and live in the Defender, I don‘t have any major tools with me to perform all these tasks. And it’s just easier to put the Defender on a lift instead of lifting with the High-Jack. Thats why I am asking around looking for someone semi-professional who could help us
