I might be missing a point here, but after today's investigation I see that the feed pipe comes up inside the (UK) ns rear pillar, then right across the rear roof channel, to the (UK) off side then back through the washer nozzle over no the NS again and there was a joiner 8 inches from the nozzle.
Any help..?

It goes to the O/S only as far as the exit point of the tailgate harness. Then out through the harness rubber sleeve to the tail gate then to wash jet.

Land Rover certainly use some odd routing, the washer bottle is in the R/H side, the harness entry to the tailgate is on the R/H side, so wonder why the ran the pipe along the L/H side?

Well yes, but that is the routing for the washer pipe, on mine at least. I know because i changed the NRV last year. Unless you have an hole in it that is jetting towards the window when it curls around to go into the harness, can't see how fluid can get anywhere near the right hand rear window. If you look at RAVES instructions for removing the upper tailgate it says disconnect washer pipe at NRV. Pipe comes out still attached to tailgate. You attache a draw string to it for re-assembly.
