Hi,

My 110 puma went in for the MOT today, all is ok apart from the rear shocks top bushes, they need replacing.

Is it worth springing for the poly bushes or no?

are they snakeoil?

What makes 1 set £32 and the other £10??

replacing them looks easy enough, wheel off, nut off top and bottom, squeeze new ones in then bolt back on.....

any opinions/words of wisdom are welcome! :)

thanks
Rob

I replaced mine with cheapo Polybushes. I didn’t use Britpart, but can’t remember who it was, from paddocks I think. I used polybush because I don’t want the mess around when replacing bushes in the future. All I need is a few sockets and a g clamp now.

You don’t need to take the rear wheels off to replace the rear shocks.

Edit: after reading your link again, mine are the same as the orange floflex bushes. Had around 2-3 years use out of them so far, no complaints.
