Rear rattle/ clunking

Hi, my 90 has a r noise coming from the rear passenger wheel when goings over bumps, it almost sounds like the exhaust hitting, but I think it’s something internal.
If you bounce the back end there’s no noise but Jack the rear wheel up and put a bar below it and there it is sorta a mix between a clunk and a rattle
Anybody any ideas?
 
If you mean put a bar under the tyre and there is movement in the wheel then most likely wheel bearings.
To be honest a complete rear bush and bolt kit isn't expensive, so if it's all a bit tired change the lot of it.
Since Christmas is on its way stick everything on you list to Santa
