Rear middle seat belt problem

I have seen numerous threads about replacing the rear lap belt in a 300tdi with a 3 point seat belt and it seems almost impossible.

Having 3 young children , I would be very keen to do the conversion .

Does anyone know if a Range Rover rear seat will fit in place of the original ?

As far as I am aware the RR Classic seat is a straight swap. There are a few threads where Rangey front and rear seats have been fitted to a 300. The arm rests on the front seats can cause a problem with the centre cubby box though.

Thanks for the reply .
With it being a Classic rear seat , I think I would be left with the same problem of having a lap belt in the centre .
Can anyone confirm this ?
