Rear Drums locking up

Hi.
Had the rear brakes and pads changer recently, now one wheel locks up easily & I get a pulsing through the pedal.
Took it to a Landrover specialist, whom, after fitting the springs the right way round, reckons its an oval drum.
So, before I go kicking and screaming to the garage, what else could cause locking up ?.
The cylinders are fine.
It`s a Ninety, but still has some tractor bits on it.

Can not believe they did not turn them in a brake lathe, or tell you, you needed new drums. Or 1 could be just a tad tighter than the other. Back the adjuster a couple clicks until you get both to lock up at the same time. Soon that tyre will be worn more
 
are they britpart drums? I've heard that those can be oval.

Also, there was a case a while back on here of someone with the same problem. They took the drums off and gave insde a clean as it was bits of swarf stuck on the drum causing it
 
If the chappie at the next garage had it off you'd hope they checked for this...but:

Have the drumoff and look at the hub mating surface. Ensure that the screw mounting holes aren't burred or that there isn;t crud/swarf/the fitter's beer bottle caps on the flange causing the drum to sit off-angle.
