Rear Door - Worth Saving?

Hi,

After sorting some earting issues on my defender I've just been looking further into the rust on my rear door.

Here's some photos of the rust:
















So - do people think it's worth repairing? I can probably get a mate to do a bit of welding on it but I'm not sure how much work it would be! I dont want to buy some expensive repair panels & find that it still isn't right etc.

Also - a friend said that due to the corrosion on the outside face - it may not ever look good, do you think this is true?

What do you guys think?

Just had a peek £59 for front door skin isn't too bad!!

I wished I was able to source the front outer wing skin, the upper part that bends around the front of the light panel.

You can get wing panels from the same people, or do mean these
Land Rover series 2 2a genuine pair front panels in factory primer MUST SEE | eBay

Those are the panels I require except they need to be to fit a Defender (....and a lot cheaper!!!!)
