Rear door lock

Now, I know that defender door locks are crap... The drivers door can be opened with a tea spoon. However, the lock on the rear load area door seems stronger / better / less crap. Is this the case; e.g. Can it be reasonably relied upon to secure the load area?

better with an additional means of locking - normal way of entry for the scrotes is to remove the small window next to the door and reach in and unlock from the inside
