Rear diff oil

I have found 3 litres of Halfords EP 80W/90 GL-4 gear oil at the back of my workshop. Will it be ok for the rear diff on my F1 TD4 (2005) rear diff?

Yes, it will be fine. You'll only need about 700ml though.
