We've done 5k miles in our 2010 3.6 TDV8 RR Vogue SE.
Average seems to be around the 22mpg mark, but to be fair, that's mostly short, local journeys.
Long motorway journeys see 25mpg+. It even hit 29mpg on one ocassion.

Shame you didn't opt for the 4.4 V8

Pretty sure that does 30mpg on a run
Don't know how you get that from a 4.4 v8 lol

I suppose the little you save on fuel will help go to the cost of rebuilding your chocolate gearbox lol.
An HP24 upgrade can be bought for £200 and the box is OK with regular oil changes and the power box removed.:p
Oh and in France I save a lot on fuel with diesel at little over £1 a litre.:p

Most Range rover V8s can be made to give good MPG figures. However it entirely depends how long they spend on the back of an AA truck. :D:D:D

Just been from Sheffield to Dartmouth & back. Averaged 16.5mpg on LPG (3 x adults, 1 x 8 month old, 2 x dogs, roof box). Currently paying 66p/ltr.
Save your diesel for the tractor.:D

At a gentle 65-70 cruise in my 4.6 I see 20mpg and have drawn 370 miles from a tank to the light although the light on mine seems to come on around the 20 litres remaining mark which works out about right.

General buggering about the shops and around the doors I see around 16mpg average. Filled her up last week, drove 30 miles, did a green lane, drove home overall average of 18.3mpg - what a machine!

my average was 16.9 but that was just for local journeys round town etc, i have been using the V8 4.0 for commuting last month on A roads, so reset the computer and my average over 1000 miles is now 20.8! im actually really chuffed with that lol

My 100 inch hybrid RRC running gear and 3.5 on carbs, did yesterday on a 150 mile run 20 MPG. Usually on short trips around the village it gets 10 MPG.
