I somehow managed to bend my track rod on 3" of ice on my disco, it was normally a mahousive puddle on a deep rutted track but it somehow managed to bend the bastard. My advice is don't bother!!! You'd be really surprised how hard and good and breaking landys ice is. So have a brew instead of breaking the landy!!

Not THAT thick, but it still fookin bent it. So use your head and don't bother!!

But still, it gave me and excuse to buy a heavy duty trackrod, doubt I'll bend 35mm of solid steel bar!!
