Got a 94 Micra..with aircon on Irish plates..handy for the speed cameras...bit of rust on the drivers door but does 50mpg EAS,Cruise control ok and liners have not slipped. Handy for fetching the coal & chips!!!

cant see any reason why not - E-bay make a big thing about it being a legally binding contract - if it is, then he is in breach of contract and you are entitled to either enforce the contract or ask for compensation for distress and inconvenience (at a minimum).
