Rave disk

I have 3 rave cd's but not sure what is on each..

I ve just downloaded the rave for td4 burnt it to disc then opened it but I aint got a cloo what im doing cant seems to make it work lol any help cheers

Nice find that Zigster. Some peeps have had problems sorting out the .iso files as you need to burn them to a cd, to get to, or have the software to do it as a virtual drive. I have some links which are just zipped folder so they don't need that for those who int into pc's.

I can now confirm I have been able to download a Freelander 2 manual which is 3229 pages long and fekin good to say the least. Link will be provided to all above (and those adding below) soon. Been waiting and hoping for a Freelander 2 manual for years. :)

Did you just copy it to disk or did you create the disk from the .iso image you downloaded? If you have software like Roxio cd/dvd creator then you may be able to right click on the file you downloaded, and open it as a virtual drive. Then run the rave.exe application file to start rave from that drive. Or copy the contents of the virtual drive to your normal hard drive. Other cd/dvd software can do virtual drives and allow you to see inside .iso image files too.

also you do not need to put them to disc

download Magiciso then open in the software make a new folder where you wnt it and extract it then go to the folder and run the setup application i have done this on windows 7 & 8 both running x64bit systems and have no problems also means i have no disc :)
 
I guess once you have access to the files you could make your own backup cd/dvd depending on size.
 
i have 6 hard drives in my pc system 1 runs windows and the programs installed everything is backed up on the other 10tb of space then if i do ever reset all i have to do is install from there disc are another way but disc get lost and damaged and lets befair the disc will get a lot of use lol


hippo i have like 30 pm's and there all from you lol

That's strange. I've got loads of pm's from you too. :confused:

So looking through this fred and thinking logically, peeps have the option to download from Zipsters link above and we can assist them to open/use the .iso image file they download. All they have to do is choose the correct version of rave disk or just download all 3 and keep them all.

So all that needs doing now is for me to pass on the link to the Freelander 2 manual we found. Agreed?
