Rav 4 tinted windows

I have just had Autoglass replace the front windscreen of my 2001 Rav4 VX.
The new screen does not look tinted at all, although Autoglass claim it has
a green tint. The other windows are clearly tinted although not what I
understand is called privacy glass.

Has there been a change in the tint of the front windscreen on the Rav and
should it appear as tinted as it did previously.
