I was driving along...up gentle hill, 30mph ...all fine and then I could hear a loud rattling sound and could see grey (not black) smoke from exhaust...I slowed down, the smoke cleared and rattling stopped and it went back to normal driving.
Same thing again after a few hundred yards and then it cleared and drove fine again.
Parked at Sainsburys for shopping ..started engine up perfectly then it did the same thing again when we drove away, then cleared and drove normally home.
Engine ideling is not quite as smooth as usual. It starts fine. Oil level is fine. No warning lights (not even 3 amigos)
Would be grateful for any helpful suggestions. Thanks
ps I dont know if it makes any difference but I fitted injector seals and washers a few weeks ago.
