Rattling from what sounds like the rear window

My Freelander has a rattle/vibration. It seems to be coming from the rear window but that looks pretty snug. Any ideas please

Rear window cable can buzz against the door frame at contact points. I wrapped my cable in neoprene sound proofing, which solved it issue. Sometimes the large expanses of plastic of the inner trim panels can also rattle and buzz.

Is there a video or walk through to get to this but bear in mind I'm not technically advanced or anything. Thanks for the prompt reply.

Look for a window regulator repair video, it should show you how the door trim comes off.
