Rattle in front right side of 1992 Toyota 4WD

I've got a bit of a rattle on the front driver's side whenever I'm
riding over rough blacktop. The sound is intermittent and doesn't seem
to be affected by hitting large bumps in the road. There is no sound
when the road is smooth. I believe that my idler arm bushing needs
replacing. Could that generate this sound? I doubt that it's the CV
joint, because it's not quite the rattle of a bad CV and I can't make
it rattle when I turn sharply at very slow speeds. Plus, I had the
whole axle on that side replaced about one year ago. Could it be a
wheel bearing?

Any suggestions or diagnoses that you can provide would be greatly
appreciated.

Just a quick follow up...FWIW the idler arm bushing on the side that
is making the rattle is looking quite worn. Do you think that could
be making the sound?

Thanks,

J
