Rare P38 valuation?

Good Morning. I have been offered a rare manual P38 4.0 petrol 1996. The car has only one owner from new and was specked up to vogue level by this owner as he wanted a manual, but could not buy the vogue model with this gearbox. The car is in Epsom green with tan leather and AC. The car has done a massive 260k with a proper replacement engine at 180k (liner slip) it has a full MOT but problems like battery drain and some suspension sagging after prolonged periods of lack of use. Cosmetically, the car is way above average due to a fastidious owner and the interior is (with the exception of the headlining) mint. It also has a removable extra two seats in the rear, covered in the correct leather. I have known the car for about 15 years and would like to offer a fair price. What do you all think it’s worth?
Many thanks.
I reckon it's worth whatever you are prepared to pay for it, if the vehicle is what you desire and in nice original clean and straight condition, the mileage should not be an issue as worn out mechanical bits can be replaced, there are fewer and fewer good examples of these "older" Rangies left as owners abandon them to the scrappies. If you read these pages you will be aware of the many potential faults with these "luxury" cars, that being said, they still can offer to an owner a great level of comfort and driving pleasure, bearing in mind many of the problems with them were problems from very early in their lives, a good example represents good value and as with any vehicle, the last good ones left standing will always remain collectable to a degree and it's a good thing that some people choose to lavish some love and care on them. Even a nice old and humble air cooled VW Beetle is a "collectable" and desirale in some quarters these days.
