Will a set of 31x10.50 15's fit on a Ford Ranger/Mazda B4000 4x4 without
Lifts/Fender trim? I have a set from an older (Japanese-built) Mazda, and
my Brother wants them for his B4000, but we don't want to go to the
trouble/expense of mounting them if they are not going to fit.

Thanks.

What year Ranger/Mazda? If you are talking the mid 90s with the TTB
front end, then yes...... mostly.

I ran a set of 31" BFG A/Ts on my '94 Mazda and had to do some VERY
MINOR trimming on the plastic fender flare. It was actually on the
inside where you couldn't see the modification. Backspacing and wheel
width are going to be important. I used a 15x7 wheel with (I believe)
a standard offset.

It's a little later than that. Probably a 2000 or later (I'd half to
ask my brother.)

We planned on using the stock rims.

I don't know what year the Mazda/Fords went to the torsion bar IFS.
My experience is with the TTB just before that. It looks like the
newer trucks could handle that size tire, but I don't know for sure.

Should fit okay as long as your rim size is at least 6inchs wide. You may
also have to reset your steering stoppers. Not a biggie .

That size aint that much larger than stanard for height anyway, just wider
than standard.
