Hello everyone.
I hope someone can help me out here. I have a 2.5 diesel (R-reg) which I've been running on Bio fuel for some time with no issues. I've just driven to the west coast of Ireland in it and back, but sprung a diesel leak on the way back. Nothing serious, just a return pipe off the injector tops. Anyway, I replaced that and drove it for a few days. Decided that as the engine was covered in diesel from the leak, I'd pressure wash the engine off, that's when my problem starts.....
The engine now cuts out as if the ignitions been turned off momentarily, it's become quite annoying now. I assumed I'd got water in a plug so have WD'd the plugs I can see. Still no change. I've let it tick over in the hope that the engine heat would dry anything out. No change.
I'm at a loss now as to what to try next? i though it may be the ignition fuel cut off solenoid, but can't see one.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance
