Hi,

New to this forum and already asking for advice :)

I have a 4.0 RR which i have had converted to run on LPG approx. 2000 miles ago. Since having the conversion i am having problems with the car running on both petrol and gas. However, on gas it seems to run better.

The symptoms are that it will run fine on petrol or gas but when i accelerate it holds the gears for longer and when i accelerate harder there is very little power and even sometimes lots of noise\revs but no extra speed.

I have had this checked by the gas installer who say that all is running fine. I have also had it checked out by RR themselves and they said it was the lambda censors which i have now had replaced making no difference at all.

Can anyone suggest anything else to check?

Thanks....

you say it bad on petrol!
i had the same, but worse, wouldn't run on petrol hardly at all when hot, gas fine, i had bad connection to airflow meter
