you need a lot more than that in regards to the wiring.

if your not able to make your own circuit board i would suggest buying the ready made boxes that you wire in. otherwise the lights wont work properly

Should have known with it being a Range Rover, they are more complicated than we or at least I think.

I bought the 2010 Brand new rear genuine lights today (£225 inc postage for the pair).

Is it really worth going through the hassle of fitting them?

Yea deffo worth it

£225 for the pair is a steal !!

Another £120 for the wiring boxes and your good to go

Selling your old lights will cover most of the cost too

Where you find these 2010 LED lights so cheap?

how much do you know regarding electronics ?

you only need a relay and a resistor.

Resistor you can get off "powerfullUK" from ebay - this will be wired inline with the +ve of the indicator to slow down the fast flashing indicator.

the relay needs to be wired into the side lights to stop the flickering lights due to the LCM checking for blown lamps.

then you will need diagnostics to disable the blown lamp warnings you will get.

or if you want the easy route you can splash the cash and opt for the ready made units that are on ebay that "state" that their wiring box fixes all the issues.

never used them myself, but worth ago just to see what circuit they used inside :p

good luck !
