I have been driving a 1988 UK Range Rover 3.9 EFi Vogue SE and
recently the engine has been cutting out when warm (mainly when revs
go down when idling or sat in traffic etc.)

I am using lead-free fuel and the car was serviced five months ago.

The temp is fine (mid range) and the car is an automatic.

Hope someone can shed some light on this problem!

Check all the relays under the front seat are in place, my daughter kicked
the fan timer relay out of its slot and caused the same problem on my SE.
Could be all sorts of other problems but go for the easy ones first.
