range rover 2004 no power to ecu

hi any advice on this please had auto electricians look still no joy new battery and alternator fitted when go to start ignition lights go mad oil light clicks temp gauge flys up engine turns over AA man diagnosed no power going to half of fuse box in glove compartment no power to ecu any advice please
