Is your windscreen rubber seal ok?

Wonder if worth trying some Capt. Tolleys?

I've just replaced my seal as it was looking knackerd - about £12 for the seal and £50 for a local windscreen guy to fit (I didn't fancy risking breaking the screen!)

That gap in the door at the bottom you can see from inside... I have the same so I think its to let water out! :)
Dum Dum is a good flexible sealant for the tops of doors, joints etc... its a putty and can be worked into shape without mess its around £5 for a small tin that will last for years.
Adjusting the door slam....it does make a difference. Slacken off the hex screws on the plate on the door frame but don't undo them fully.... I drew round the plate with a pencil first. The idea is to be able to move the plate in a touch. I slackened off and keeping my thumb on the door handle button pushed the door in with both hands moving the plate in a touch... then tighten up and give it a 'normal slam'. May need a couple of goes but you can always fall back on your pencil marks if you get lost.
I am so lucky I have a 110 that does not leak...... how do I complain?:D It was my last 90 that had a couple of issues but I sorted them... sold it!

Stationhouse, the windscreen seal isn't great but it's not cracking or anything. I will be changing it soon allong with the windscreen. See if that helps!

Think il have a go at sealing the roof up to see if it does much. My roof has the strips rivited on the outside. Did you just seal where the metal meets?

My roof (It's a 1994 90) has 3 seams - 1 horizontal above the bulkhead behind the drivers seat, and 2 running from that horizontal seam to above the rear door, roughly a quarter in from each side.

Basically scratched out the seam with a small sharp screwdriver, cleaned with meths to degrease, dried (carefully) with a hot air gun (well, it was cold outside!) and then did my best to inject white exterior window sealant, wiping/smoothing with a damp cloth.

Where I wasn't happy with the finish, I wiped over with a white spirit soaked rag.

Because it's white on white and on the roof you don't really notice it unless you get up close!

Hope that helps

Yehh that's good cheers mate. Il pick up some new sealant and have a go! I only have bright orange sealant! Cheers fOr the help guys. I'm hopefuly guna do my bulkhead next month, tax is due tho! It might be less leaky!
