Random Arrow Light on Dashboard

Hi,

Just wondering if you can help me; my Land Rover Freelander "S" reg has recently started making a constant clicking noise from the passenger side wheel and so as I pulled up I noticed on the dashboard that a light was coming on with an up and down arrow, but I don't know what it is??? Can anybody help please. :crazy:

it depends on is ur rover a automatic or a stick
