rain water

Rain is a crafty bastard. Takes a while to soak the seal to saturation point, then it finds its way in. Odds on its your bulkhead.

Is that where the window meets the bulkhead?

watering can or hose pipe water doenst work it has to be rain fall from a few thousand feet, I id the same, today i've fitted 2 new pollen filters and sealed to covers up.

I had already done that Steve - new pollen filters and new covers - sod the expense.

Perfect conditions last night here in the UK - rained most of the night, in fact augusts rain fall fell in half an hour!
I now have a wet headlining abutting the windscreen just above the sun visor and a water mark down the LH A post.

I have already tested the sun roof drain to make sure that is clear, so it must be where the screen meets the roof or the A post meets the roof - time to start taking some trim off

i had the exact same areas of water coming in on mine, i took all the outside windscreen trim off and the A pillar trim then run some black water proof silicone around where the screen is bonded in and so far it looks like its doing the job!

Yep i had a pond this morning, not my pollen filter covers then,

Updates welcome, i have the same problem? Anybody got the difinative answer?

Empty ice cream tub in the passager foot well, got about 3/4 of an inch between 8 and 5 today can give you a update tomorrow night if you would like.

I don't waste the water i use it to top up my coolant where my O rings are leaking, see one problem is a fix for another!!!! lol
