Question is a bit vague but if your dash looks like this then the cage that comes with the head unit should be sufficient and easy to fit.

Hi yes it looks like that but where the radio is and you can see the small surround going above that to the next trim line is the size of mine

The DIN sized facia is callout #3, here -

Land Rover parts

Part No's - FHF000070PMA for Black

and - FHF000071LQV for Brunel Silver

You will also need the retaing wire clip, callout #13, Pt. No. - FBT000020

.
