Hi, Does anyone know the rating for the radio and interior light fuse on a 1986 90? I have been replacing the existing one (5 amp) but it keeps blowing. Also, whilst I was messing, I accidentally pushed back the plastic holder for the fuses and there where a few sparks and a small miracle - the heater kicked in on full blast for a couple of seconds. Does anyone have experience of this. I'd given up hope of ever having a heater.
Cheers
Andy

Well - put in new fuse, cleaned all the fuses/units and connections up. The interior light and radio works, but also the heater - what a result. Just need to figure the horn out now. Also, lifted the floor panel under seat and embedded in 25 years of dirt and mud was a wire for the fuel sensor - plugged it in and i've now got a low fuel warning light. think this might come in handy!!! :)

Result :) . put a test light on the horn wire and see if you have power there at the horn , more than likely its a bad earth or the switch itself ( they get cloged with dust and other crap ) .

I pulled the bulb out of my fuel warning light as it had a mind of its own - half a tank and it would come on and off when it felt like it

thanks guys - I'll try the horn next - great photos.
This would also explain someone discosnnecting the fuel sensor - I'll keep an eye on it!
Cheers!
