Hi I've just put a disco r380 into my defender. I bought the selector rail adapter of ashcrofts. My problem is I can't select any gears apart from second. The gearstick dosent feel rite. Anybody any ideas?

i figured that , an lt77 one ,and if it was did you remove interlock post

My defender top was of an r380 is it the same as a lt77? What is the interlock? I'm kinda new to gearboxes lol

if it was def r380 top then you dont need to worry about interlock then

It is a defender r380 top. Have you any other ideas?

take it off and see if its fitted correctly
