I decided to crack on with my gearbox oil change today... after my disapointment last time of realising my torx set only went up to T50..
Anyways, the old oil was proper golden brown - and it had one of those magnetic sump caps, with a lovely amount of filings on... I expected it to be dirty, but
Anyways - I didn't have any Hylomar, or equivalent... I only realised I should have used some once I had filled it back up again.... (I did put a new copper washer on though!)
Is this the end of the world?!
