hi guys as some of you may have read on my post a couple of weeks back i had a few cooling system issues, anyhow this was down to a faulty lpg reducer, it was leaking lpg into the cooling system and causing the system to go over pressure & cold heaters. this seems to be a common issue on the omvl hp reducer (the oval reducer used with dream xxi systems). any how i was advised the reducer is no longer available and was advised by the lpg shop to fit the emer palladino reducer.
so the reason for this post? the omvl hp reducer is only rated at 280hp which is a little less than the RR produces, i always found it to be a little sluggish under accelleration, the palladino reducer is rated at upto 360bhp and it's made a huge difference, firstly the car switches to gas at a lower temp than it did previously, and the car now has a lot more go than it did before, no more sluggish accelleration, i've only had it on a few days so not sure if this will make a big difference in my milage per tank, but certainly improved the overall running on LPG.

sounds like you have made a stepin the right direction. miles to gallon could be altered but ha ho its a range rover we didnt really buy them for fuel saving. ive had the LANDROVER disease 1986 lol.. i to have 2 RR with lpg and have been happy with lpg. great as i do alot of miles. glad you sorted yours let us know if fuel has changed alot.

Mine (can't remember which brand reducer) would only play up when tank was very low, with a crazy beeper to tell me that a full bore bore acceleration on Lpg, out of a T junction, was not on.

Other than that, with enough gas loaded, it would redline on gas with no effort.
