Freelander 1 Ptc heater fuses melted

[GALLERY=]This morning when I started my FR1 and had been left at idle for a couple of minutes the cab started filling with smoke through the vents. When I opened the bonnet I saw the little square fues box was melted will add some picture. Think there something to do with the ptc heater but not sure what that is can anyone help me[/GALLERY]

It’s a heater coil in cabin air box to help temperature rise in cold cabin, there was a mod by Land Rover, condensation could drip onto coil causing a short, leading to a fire
