WD40 is not a release agent, you need PlusGas or similar.I managed to get the propshaft off after 2 hours of WD40 and socket hammering, was just about to remove the circlips and it caked it down, this was the main challenge trying to get these buggers out!

I have quite a strong right arm so that helps
Hi all, after a weekend of finger nail loosing and throwing some tools managed to change the prop joints, however getting the shaft back on was difficult where the grease nipple was trying to get the nut past this was painful. thanks for all your help.
Now you tell him......Grease nipples can be removed and refitted.
