project "pile of poo" is now beginning

project "pile of poo" as it has affectionately become known is about to be started, iv'e finally got the engine out of the bmw i brought, so it can be swapped into my p38, which as you may recall blew up after only three days of ownership! iv'e been given some good advice with regard to the cooling system mods(cooling fans) from datatek, but if any one else has done this swap i'd be grateful for any tips, i know iv'e got to swap the sump and the manifolds and use the electrics from the range rover diesel pump(bit concerned with this bit) but if you can think of any thing else please let me know, my deadline to get this back on the road (as specified by her highness,the current mrs lucky) is the summer, she forgot to say which year, so i may have longer than she thinks, is fast approaching, cheers guys
