Problems putting 300 TDI in n/a 110

Hi Guys,
Finally putting the engine and box into my 110, but I have a couple of questions!

1) am I okay cutting off the original n/a engine mounts and using them?

2) when I hang the engine at what I expect to be the correct high, it looks like the propshaft (when fitted will fowl the chassis cross brace, any thoughts?

Are you transplanting a gearbox as well? Otherwise I can't see how doing just an engine is causing a prop shaft issue...
