The good news is the baby is currently okay, I'd hoped they would operate there and then.

Reading between the lines they wanted another 2 weeks and wouldn't give a % chance of baby being born early- could be here in 2 weeks:eek: best get keen as I thought I had till after christmas to sort nursery etc.

For the rest of you who probably feel as useless as I do in a situation like this.
He said that she started bleeding heavily and now is going to have an operation. So if you want to do something useful - when was the last time you gave blood?

She is home with me for time being and it looks like I'm sorting out our 3 year old each morning for play school and doing washing etc.:eek::p

Joy of joys 12 till about 7pm if she is okay then we hopefully will go home.

If not we will either have a premature baby or it will be a case of collecting her tomorrow.

Place your bets ladies and gentlemen.
 
Snigger they have told her it will be polip tumour removal and then back at 3 and six months to do it again.

Now she is really ****ed off as she thought it was once.
 
Over 3 hours late- I am sitting in the car running my netbook of an inverter.

Hopefully I should know how girlfriends op has gone by about 8 pm as 8 hours of hand holding and nothing to eat or drink I've grabbed a snack from hospital shop.

That and I have had the dubious privilege of having to listen to an attention whore in the next cubicle for 8 long hours.
 
Hopefully she will be discharged by 10pm if all goes well, I hate hospitals at the best of times.

But 8 hours of mindless yapping from some bird who was arranging botox and having her dog castrated-not my comfort zone, so I told her she was boring after 4 hours
