The fact is simple, if people had more places to drive their 4x4's, they wouldn't need to get up to mischief by doing things like this. I know that's no excuse for this sort of behaviour, but it is one way of tackling the problem.
I dont think this will solve it.
the tossers that drive illegally offroad are not just taking a tootle down a forestly track, they are looking for a challenge, somewhere muddy where they dont have to pay £25. IF they wanted to tootle down a forestry path, they would go greenlaning.
unfortunately the UK is too small to accomodate everyones needs. Admittedly the offroad scene and 4x4s in general is a pikey sport, they dont care if their £100 disco gets siezed, they will just go and buy another one... FACT.
